For the cake - 9oz (255g) Butter 9oz (225g) Brown sugar 4 Eggs 2 Tbls of milk 2 ½ tsp baking powder Pinch of salt 1 tsp Vanilla paste For the filling - 3oz Butter 6oz Icing sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp Vanilla paste Strawberry or Raspberry Jam Method 1.
